Easy 10 Minute One Pan Creamy Baked Fish
You will need:
2-3 filets of fish (any will work, I used tilapia)
2 cups of brussels sprouts
3-4 medium sized potatoes of choice (I like to keep pre boiled potatoes in my fridge so they are always ready to go, any kind of potato will work but sweet or purple will have a longer cook time)
1 cup of broth
1 tablespoon ginger powder
1 tablespoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon of olive oil
3 cloves of garlic smashed
1/2 cup of white wine
1/2 cup of cream
Salt and pepper
Preheat your oven to 380F.
Get a medium sized pan and and place the fish on the bottom. Cube your potatoes and quarter your Brussels sprouts and layer on top.
Mix all other ingredients in a bowl and pour over the fish pan.
Layer with thinly sliced lemons (lemons will start to get crispy—if you don’t want this put the lemons on in the last 10 minutes of baking or after baking is finished).
Bake for about 45 minutes or until creamy and cooked through. Every oven is different!
Enjoy!
